Fleischer’s Bagels, Inc. gathers the information received from a purchase order for the sole purpose of carrying out that order. The information supplied by the customer is retained so that it may be referenced at a future date should that customer have an inquiry. E-mail communications to the customer are limited to order confirmations, as well as shipping/delivery confirmations.

Security Statements
Your information is encrypted using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software that is certified. When confirming an order via email, no digits from the credit card number are transmitted to you. Your credit card number is only transmitted to the appropriate credit card company for order processing.
Return Policy
Fleischer’s Bagels, Inc. has been awarded a Superior rating (the highest) by the American Institute of Baking in 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, and 2008. As such, we do not typically accept returns. If you do find anything wrong with our bagels, you may call us at: (315) 986-9999 to discuss this issue with Quality Assurance.
Delivery Policy
Goods are usually shipped within 3 business days of the order confirmation based upon the method selected by the customer. If UPS Ground is chosen for the Tasty Health bagels, this may take an additional 4-5 business days in transit time. Fleischer’s Organic bagels can only be shipped UPS Next Day Air, Next Day Air Early, or Second Day Air because of their limited shelf life. Typographical errors for the shipping address entered by the customer may cause delays in shipping and will not cause an order to be voided.
